There was a Hopaesool seminar in Seoul today. Seven Hopaesool practitioners from Ohio, USA, and five practitioners from the Czech Republic participated in this seminar. We welcome the passionate Hopaesool practitioners who have traveled from afar to Korea. We hope you have a great time.

In other words, this proverb emphasizes that fulfilling basic needs is essential before one can fully appreciate or engage in other activities.
